StepUP Consulting was established in 1993 by John Fitz. After working in the computer field for 13 years as a programmer, analyst and application developer, John branched out on his own to offer his services to businesses with specific applications needs and requirements.

We offer consulting services primarily for small to mid-sized businesses (or large corporations with smaller scale, departmental projects) that require custom applications to suit their specific needs. We have over 20 years of experience in the application development field.

We can create applications for a wide variety of needs, whether on the individual, departmental, or enterprise level. Using primarily Microsoft Access, VBA, and DotNet technologies, we build solutions that are highly flexible and extremely powerful, and can integrate with other applications like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. We offer SQL Server solutions using Access Data Projects, allowing local and Internet based data integration. We can also develop stand alone applications, web sites with powerful database interfaces, and Web Services solutions.
